Credit Guide – Home & Property Loans

This Credit Guide information applies to residential home loan and commercial property lending services provided by Stratium Finance Group Pty Ltd. Your broker will also give you a personalised Credit Guide before providing credit assistance.

Stratium Finance Group Pty Ltd (ABN 65 696 556 804) is a Corporate Credit Representative (Number 578600) of Yellow Brick Road Aggregation Pty Ltd (ABN 66 138 789 161), Australian Credit Licence 390261, L11, 1 Chifley Square, Sydney NSW 2000, phone 1300 730 050. Yellow Brick Road Aggregation Pty Ltd is licensed to arrange loans and leases under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

Fees and charges

Generally, no fees or charges are payable by you to us for our credit assistance. In some instances a fee for service may be required; if so, it will be set out in a Credit Quote before you agree to proceed. You may be charged lender fees such as application and valuation fees.

Commissions

We may receive commissions from the lenders who provide your finance. These are not payable by you. When we provide credit assistance you may ask us for a reasonable estimate of the commission likely to be received and how it is calculated. Any referral fees paid to third parties will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal Disclosure Document.
